• Shared ground transfers between MBJ airport and the Secrets Resort (roundtrip on day of arrival/departure for Incentive Trip hotel only).

HOW DO I REGISTER?

All guests must pre-register for the incentive trip through this form.  Simply click on the 'RESERVE TODAY' button to send your information directly to the travel agent.  This is the best way to get complete and accurate information needed to make your room and/or flight reservations.

NOTE: If you are planning to attend the 5 night event only and have no add-on costs, then please select the appropriate category and enter your credit card # for the room hold.  In the amount area, simply put $0.00 to allow the reservation to be completed.

ROOM ASSIGNMENTS and ADDED NIGHTS

All Preferred Club rooms at Secrets are generously sized and well-located.  Specific categories and location will be assigned at the discretion of Anti Aging Bed management and cannot be guaranteed. 

All Incentive Trip guests are booked to stay for 5 nights beginning Tuesday, December 5, 2023.  However, for an additional cost, you may extend your trip (adding nights before or after December Dec 5-9) by a maximum of 2 additional nights.  

Additional resort nights are on request only (first-come, first-served basis).  Submit your reservations as soon as possible if you desire to extend your stay at the following rates:

Double Occupancy - 2 guests @ $700-950 per night

Single Occupancy - 1 guest only @ $600-750 per night

REGARDING TRIP PAYMENTS

Any add-on costs are non-refundable and must be paid at the time of booking.  Major credit cards only as inputted directly into your reservation form. 

Payments are collected by Nathan Harvey, Owner/Travel Agent with Travel Made Better LLC and made directly to our group supplier GOGO VACATIONS (aka Flight Centre).  You will be emailed a confirmation and receipt of your payment upon booking.

AIRFARE TO/FROM MONTEGO BAY:  submit to Travel Agent by 9/30/2023

Roundtrip flights are NOT INCLUDED in the Incentive Trip package.  Airfare must be self-booked and airline confirmations forwarded to nathan@travelmadebetter.com by September 30, 2023. Your reservation will not be official until flights have been booked and received by the travel agent.  Shared roundtrip ground transfers between MBJ and Secrets Wild Orchid are included in your package.

Airport Code for Montego Bay:  MBJ

Arrival Date into MBJ:  Tuesday, December 5, 2023 (Check-in at hotel begins at 3:00 pm. If arriving earlier, the hotel will hold your bags and give you access to the resort.)

Departure Date from MBJ:  Sunday, December 10, 2023 (You must check-out of the hotel by 12:00 noon. Afternoon flights are strongly recommended.)

DOCUMENTATION NEEDED

Passport books are mandatory for all guests.  Please include your passport numbers and expiration dates in the 'Special Requests and Additional Information' section at the bottom of the registration form.  (If you do not have a passport, current processing time is up to 4  months or longer.  You would need to contact a service such as CIBTvisas.com in order to place a special expediting on any passport applications or renewals.)  There are no vaccinations required for entry into Jamaica; however, all guests are required to complete an online travel authorization for entry into Jamaica.
