EXOTIC WESTERN CARIBBEAN ITINERARY WITH THESE PORT STOPS...

Costa Maya - this is a cruise-based port designed with some great pools to enjoy, an aviary, many shops and you can even swim with the dolphins here ($).  Several included restaurants are available as well.

Isla Roatan - this is a cruise-based port designed with pools to enjoy, shops and many opportunities for offsite adventures ($) into the mainland

Belize - exotic area with options for the adventurous to see Mayan ruins or perhaps cave tubing ($)!

Grand Cayman - a Caribbean favorite!  You'll need to plan carefully as this is a tender port (ship anchors in the harbor).  Excellent shopping, one of the best beaches in the Caribbean and the home of "Stingray City," an amazing sandbar where the catamarans anchor and guests can swim amongst the numerous rays.

GENERAL NOTES ABOUT THE PRICING

• Rates are based upon double occupancy, meaning 2 guests sharing the same stateroom.

• Gov't taxes/port fees are INCLUDED in the rates shown.

• As mentioned, cruise gratuities are INCLUDED as part of your group package. These go toward your room stewards, plus bar and dining room staff. Valuation is $18.50 per person per day.

• Cruise protection can also be added to your booking and is strongly encouraged for peace of mind. Value group pricing is only $69-79 per person based upon category chosen.

• Group rooms are limited and subject to availability at time of booking.  We expect to sell out of some categories offered this year.

• All guests must place their bookings through Travel Made Better in order to take the CE onboard sessions and take advantage of exclusive group rates.

IMPORTANT NOTES SPECIFIC TO THE REALTOR C.E. PRICING

As noted above, the cruise rates DO NOT INCLUDE the cost of the Continuing Education classes:

$300 per person (to be paid to Academy of Real Estate Professionals)

This amount will be paid in MID-JULY  using the card information provided on your submitted registration form.

DEPOSIT AMOUNT

At time of initial booking, you will be charged the following:

Cruise deposit of $500 total per stateroom payable to Royal Caribbean through the travel agent.

(For those taking the onboard CE sessions, there will be a 2nd authorized payment of $300 per person.  This charge will be completed in mid-July and paid to the Academy of Real Estate Professionals.)

Major credit cards only as inputted directly into your reservation form.  Payments are applied by Nathan Harvey, Owner/Travel Agent with Travel Made Better LLC and made directly to Royal Caribbean. 

You will be emailed a receipt of both transactions upon booking, as well as an official cruise-only confirmation from Royal Caribbean.

WHEN IS THE FINAL PAYMENT DUE AND HOW IS IT PAID?

Final payment is requested anytime before October 15, 2026.  If desired, trip protection must be added prior to the final balance due date.

You would receive notice of final payment by late September.

After payment is completed, you will be emailed both an official PAID confirmation from Royal Caribbean and a paid-in-full agency invoice from Travel Made Better.

All guests must pre-register for CE and The Sea 2027 through this form.  Simply click on the 'RESERVE TODAY' button at the very bottom of this website.  Your information will be sent directly to the travel agent.

Yes - absolutely. 

Our group rates are available on a very limited basis for any guests of realtors taking the CE courses.  If you have friends and family interested in joining you for this cruise, please feel free to send them this website for info/registration.  We would be glad to service them as well at no additional fee!

AIRFARE TO/FROM THE TAMPA BAY AREA (NOT INCLUDED)

Roundtrip flights are NOT INCLUDED in the cruise package.  Airfare is self-booked by all guests and recommended by use of official airline websites/apps.  Please see below for important notes regarding allowable flight times. 

Airport Code for Tampa:  TPA 

Alternate option:

St. Pete - Clearwater Int'l Airport:  PIE (this is farther away from the port)

Flights must arrive no later than 11:00 AM on Saturday, February 6.

Flights must depart no earlier than 12:00 Noon on Sunday, February 14.

IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you arrive the day prior to embarkation due to potential winter conditions and/or unexpected flight delays.  There are numerous hotels available in the greater Tampa/Clearwater/St Pete area.

DOCUMENTATION NEEDED

Passport books are recommended for all guests regardless of age.  If you do not have a passport, these can be obtained through your local post office (please allow up to 8 weeks for process completion).  Information is available online at travel.state.gov.  Passports must not expire within 6 months of our dates of travel (15 AUG 2027).

If you are not using a passport, you must provide BOTH an original birth certificate AND your government-issued drivers license or official state ID with picture.

CANCELLATION GUIDELINES

(per Royal Caribbean)

Until November 8, 2026, your cruise is fully refundable.

From November 9 - 23, 2026 ... 25% of the cruise fare per guest is charged by the cruise line for cancellation.

From November 24 - December 7, 2026 ... 50% of the cruise fare per guest is charged by the cruise line for cancellation.

From December 8, 2026 - January 7, 2027 ... 75% of the cruise fare per guest is charged by the cruise line for cancellation.

From January 8, 2027 to sailing ... the cruise fare is non-refundable (100% penalty).

TRIP PROTECTION COSTS

It is highly recommended that you include Royal Caribbean's Cruise Protection to help in case of cancellation and/or emergency medical needs during your trip.

NOTE: cancellation is only for "covered reasons" such as unforeseen events such as accidents, unexpected medical emergencies, job loss or death of next of kin.
