CANCELLATION PENALTIES

Please be mindful of the following penalties shown by Celebrity Cruises!

Booking date until November 15, 2025:  No penalty

Between November 16 - December 25, 2025:  $250 per person charge for cancellation

Between December 26, 2025 - January 9, 2026:  50% per person charge for cancellation

From January 10, 2026 to sailing:  100% per person charge for cancellation or no show

TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance due to the vendor's very strict cancellation policies. This is to confirm that you are aware of the cancellation penalties as described above on this page and that travel insurance is available for purchase to protect against cancellation penalties due to unforeseen MEDICAL reasons.

Cruise Care Protection can be easily added to your Celebrity cruise booking based on your room category:

(RS) Royal Suite: $929 per person

(HS) Horizon Suite: $599 per person

(C2) Concierge Veranda: $149 per person

(V2) Standard Veranda: $149 per person

(I2) Inside Stateroom: $119 per person

If you desire to add Celebrity's cruise protection (through Aon Affinity) to your booking, simply indicate this below and you will see it on your booking confirmation.

Cruise protection may be added at anytime up to your final payment date of October 31, 2025.  (Note: trip insurance is not paid until your final payment.)

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS

As explained on the Learning Made Better 2026 website, your initial deposit amount will be based on how many guests are taking the CE classes.  The deposit will be charged in 2 separate payments as follows:

  1. Cruise deposit of $500 per stateroom (or $1000 per suite) --PLUS--
  2. CE cost of $300 per person taking the onboard instruction (paid separately to MN Realty School and completed through the travel agent)

Example #1: If there are 2 guests sharing a stateroom and only 1 is taking the CE sessions, then your total deposit will be $800 ($500 to Celebrity + $300 to MN Realty School).  This would be the same amount for 1 guest in a cabin by themselves.

Example #2: If there are 2 guests sharing a stateroom and both are taking the CE sessions, then your total deposit will be $1100 ($500 to Celebrity + $600 to MN Realty School).

Major credit cards only as inputted directly into your reservation.  Payments are applied by Nathan Harvey, Owner/Travel Agent with Travel Made Better LLC and made directly to Celebrity Cruises and MN Realty School.

Please indicate the proper deposit total in the "Amount to Pay" line under Billing and Ticketing Information below.

IMPORTANT!  Input your cell phone # and email that you will want used for both current and pre-travel communication from the travel agent as well as the cruiseline.
