TRAVEL PROTECTION

We strongly recommend purchasing travel protection due to the vendor's very strict cancellation policies. This is to confirm that you are aware of the cancellation penalties as described above on this page and that travel insurance is available for purchase to protect against cancellation penalties due to unforeseen MEDICAL reasons.

For more information on cancellation, medical, and all coverages, go online to https://www.archinsurancesolutions.com/coverage/Royal/.

Travel Protection can be easily added to your Royal Caribbean cruise booking based on your room category:

2D Ocean View Balcony guests:  $149 per person

2J Central Park View Balcony guests:  $119 per person

2I Boardwalk View Balcony guests:  $109 per person

4N Ocean View guests: $109 per person

(Travel protection costs are based upon double occupancy i.e. 2 guests sharing a room).

If you desire to add Royal Caribbean's travel protection (through Aon Affinity) to your booking, simply indicate this below and you will see it on your booking confirmation.

Cruise protection may be added at anytime up to your final payment date of November 21, 2025.  (Note: travel insurance is not paid until your final payment.)

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS

As explained in greater detail on the Learning Made Better 2026 Ohio CE website, your initial deposit amount will be based on how many guests are taking the CE classes.  The deposit will be charged in 2 separate payments as follows:

  1. Cruise deposit of $500 total per stateroom payable to Royal Caribbean through the travel agent --PLUS--
  2. Applicable cost of $200 for each person taking the onboard CE instruction, payable to Schottenstein CE.

Example #1: If there are 2 guests sharing a stateroom and only 1 is taking the CE sessions, then your total deposit will be $700 ($500 to Royal Caribbean + $200 to Schottenstein CE).  This would be the same amount for 1 guest in a cabin by themselves.

Example #2If there are 2 guests sharing a stateroom and both are taking the CE sessions, then your total deposit will be $900 ($500 to Royal Caribbean + $400 to Schottenstein CE).

Major credit cards only as inputted directly into your reservation.  Payments are applied by Dan Harvey, Travel Agent with Travel Made Better LLC and made directly to Royal Caribbean and Schottenstein CE.

Please indicate the proper deposit total in the "Amount to Pay" line under Billing and Ticketing Information below.

IMPORTANT!  Input your cell phone # and email that you will want used for both current and pre-travel communication from the Travel Agent as well as the Cruise Line.
